Ingredients:
200g dark chocolate
200g unsalted butter
6 eggs
300g sugar
l00g ground almonds
Method:
1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan, then take it off the heat.
Add the chocolate and let it melt.
2. Beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir well.
Then add the almonds and stir well.
4. Pour mixture into a 24cm/26cm spring form tin.
(tin must be greased and lined with baking paper)
5. Bake in a 180*C oven for 35mins or until the top is cracked
and the inside is soft.
